ENGLISH HERITAGE

We were tasked to remove this large stump at Chesters Fort. The tree was over 200 years old and was causing damage to an original Roman boundary wall directly beneath it.

Using our Vermeer SC352, the sizeable job took roughly 6 hours of grinding to remove it, and we have since gone on to complete many jobs for English Heritage, the Environment Agency and the National Trust.

NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY COUNCIL

This project in Deuchar Park, Morpeth is one of many projects undertaken for various local authorities in Northumberland.

In this instance, the council wanted their own team to collect the wood chip waste after we had done the grinding work, allowing us to get through many more stumps in one day and saving the council money.

CYPRESS STUMP

This large Cypress tree was casting a shadow over the back of the house and the customer reluctantly asked it to be removed by a local tree surgeon. We came in to grind the stump and roots, rotovate the area to prepare for turf, and supply and lay 17m2 of turf, leaving a level and useable garden.
